Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges Policy

Shipping Policy

At A1BookStore, we take great care in ensuring that your orders are shipped promptly and with the utmost care. Our shipping methods are designed to deliver your books in excellent condition, and our packaging is eco-friendly to minimize our environmental footprint. We aim to provide transparent and cost-effective shipping options to make sure you receive your books hassle-free.

Return Policy

Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. They must be returned in their original packaging (if available) to the email-provided return address.
Accepted Reasons: Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged or received in bad condition. We do not accept returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection).
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except if we fail to meet our Speedy ($6.99) or Lightning Fast ($12.99) delivery commitments, in which case shipping fees will be refunded.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs via USPS.
Processing: Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after our team receives and inspects the item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility: You are eligible for an exchange if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. Contact customer service within 15 days of receipt.
Process: Pack and ship the item back to us via USPS (using original packaging if available). Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, exchanges are limited to the quantity of products damaged during delivery; the entire order will not be replaced.

Non-Returnable Items

Any item identified as counterfeit or not matching its listed product description cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Refund Policy

Approved return or exchange requests will result in a refund issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once a product has been shipped, the return policy applies. Please contact our customer service team immediately to cancel.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Immediate Action)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Provide images or other proof of damage to facilitate an exchange or refund.
